Mini Documentaries --- Over the last few months, we have spent countless hours sifting through the footage that we captured during our trek in May, 2017. Our goal is to show you what it's like to visit Nepal and trek with us. Each episode has a different focus and we hope you enjoy watching them. Let us know what you think!
Join us to race in one of the most beautiful parts of Georgetown and Maryland. We are happy to announce our Second Annual Georgetown Half Marathon on Saturday October 6th starting at Fletcher’s Boat House.
I love to run and I want to inspire you to run this half marathon with us. Not only are you doing something good for yourself, you are also inspiring others to be active while embracing an active lifestyle, AND, you are supporting a great cause.
The proceeds from the race support the Himalayan Children's Foundation in Kathmandu and the Mercy Project in Kenya. In supporting both projects, we are trying to raise awareness of the need for education, especially for girls, in countries that are underdeveloped and rarely provide girls a chance to be educated. We are working to change that - one mile at a time. Please follow this link for detailed information on the race. Send me (mparis@kaimont.com) an email if you have any questions or if you would like to become involved. Thank you!

In retrospect, the trek was perfect. It was inspiring. It gave us an opportunity to learn, to grow, to reflect, to introspect, and to find new limits. A ll this we can now take home and use as inspiration in our daily lives. We can honestly say that our maiden trip was a very successful KAIMONT journey.
Let us know if you would like us to help you find your way to beautiful Nepal and through the majestic beauty of the Himalayas. New journeys will be organized regularly for the Spring and Fall season. We would be happy to work with you to plan and organize your very own trek as well.
